Reformer Classes
Whether you are just starting out on your Reformer Pilates journey or have some experience, we have a class or level for everyone. Our classes are 50 minutes long, but if you are short on time why not give one of our 30 min Blast Off classes a try! Take a look at our classes below or click the button to view our weekly schedule.

Weekly Reformer Series
Our blocks of weekly Reformer series are between 6-7 weeks in length. Book onto a Reformer Series to know you have your place in the same class each week.
The classes take place day and evenings. Each class has a maximum of 5 people and the levels are broadly Beginner, Fit Beginner/Improver and Intermediate. Lead by our fully qualified instructors and structured to the appropriate level with the individual option to challenge yourself each week.

Drop In Classes
We run 10 drop in sessions a week for those who need more flexibility and can’t commit to a weekly series - or for if you fancy adding in an extra class one week!
The drop in sessions range in levels and length across the week from Beginner to intermediate, therefore we can always ensure there is a class to match your ability and schedule.

30 min Taster Session
If you’ve never been on a Reformer a 30-minute introduction is a great place to start.
Spend time getting to know the equipment at your own pace with a session tailored to your ability.
Book a taster session below for £13. You might want to ask a friend if they’d like to join the same taster session as there are up to 4 spaces per time. If you prefer to have more time with one instructor, book a 1:1 for 50 minutes.

1:1 or 1:2 Sessions
If you have an existing health condition, back issue or you simply do not feel confident enough to join a class, a 1:1 Pilates session can be really beneficial.
Even if you just have one, it’s a great way to ensure that we become aware of your body and what it needs before you pick up with a group class.
Why not book a session with a friend or partner to help with motivation. These classes can either be on the Reformer or be mat focused.
