Join us for our new 30min Blast off Classes with Jump boards, designed to get your heart pumping even if you are short on time!

Stepping away from the more traditional reformer Pilates, but sticking with the core principles of alignment and core engagement, these classes use a vertical board attached to the end of the reformer which transforms it into a horizontal trampoline, creating the perfect base for a low impact, high intensity, cardio class.

The nature of the jump board provides a platform to perform plyometric-style movements, whilst protecting the joints from the impact of traditional jumping.

These 30 min classes will build leg strength, increase endurance and strengthen the core - all whilst improving co-ordination.
