Would you like to get into Reformer Pilates but are short of time and only really have weekends available? Well, now you can - at 12 noon every Sunday, you can join 4 others at the RefXPRESS 30-minute session with Julie. It's a great way to supercharge your exercise regime especially if you run or cycle on Saturday or Sunday mornings: think of it as the icing on the cake! This Xpress class will target your core, glutes, waist and back/shoulders to a backdrop of music, helping to re-balance your whole body, and leave you feeling energised and positive!
You should be able to move reasonably well in all directions and without any serious specific condition that means you cannot lie on your back, front or sides. Movement is continuous.
