EASTBOURNE AND LEWES - classes or 1:1 sessions

With regular weekly (or twice weekly) sessions classical Pilates is an ideal way to strengthen deeper muscles, sculpt and tone up, improve posture and alleviate an aching back or neck.   • Sat 11 - 12pm - (All) Nat Fitness Ctr, Eastbourne
    Pilates protects your joints and stretches out tight and tired overworked muscles leaving you feeling taller, stronger and more relaxed. One to one sessions are available by request and classes are bookable in advance by the course. Trial classes are available.
